PLEASE READ THE CAMPING MERIT BADGE BOOK before Saturday morning!
Please bring the following to class:
* your badge book AFTER YOU HAVE READ IT!
* $5 for lunch (we’ll cook our own)
* your backpack, if you have own - packed with items for a cold-weather or warm-weather trip (your choice)
* jacket / coat (we’ll be outside a good bit)
* water bottle
* camping merit badge worksheet (http://usscouts.org/mb/worksheets/Camping.pdf)
* a packing list (personal and patrol/troop) that your troop uses or that you have created a camping or hiking trip
Also:
* If your last name begins with the letter A through L, please come prepared to present the section of the badge book that covers requirement 1a; if your last name begins with the letter M through Z, please come prepared to present the section of the badge book that covers requirement 1b.
* If you have a copy of a duty roster you have used on a camping trip, please bring it.

Please let me know no later than March 9 if you have any medical or dietary restrictions.
