Biography |
I am a very passionate person, in everything that I do, especially when it comes to creating effective, exciting atmospheres that inspire learning and growth! Ultimately driving people to want to develop into top performers; where managers and supervisors inspire progress; and where groups learn to function as successful teams! Above all I firmly believe that a strong foundation and core principles are absolutely critical to the success of any organization.
I love “discovering the story”. Where we've been, where we're heading, our strengths and weaknesses, successes and failures, goals and needs; then pin pointing core principles that will have the largest impact on their success. I love to build successful campaigns, and designing a proper platform that will support and sustain change and growth. Both are invaluable.
A little about me: I’m a family man through and through; and have been married to my beautiful wife, Elizabeth, for over 10 years, and father to my two great boys, Joseph and Dallen. I love helping to coach their soccer and baseball teams, cub scouts, and karate class. I also assist my wife in building our home-school program for our boys, I also help her manage and run her online business. I love the outdoors! From water and snow skiing, climbing waterfalls, hiking, and fishing; and enjoy exercising often. I also have the pleasure of serving as a Youth Leader in our church, and District Commissioner for the Boy Scouts of America.
I absolutely love to learn! I need to progress and be challenged. I'm always studying experiences and proven methods from great leaders, and mentors in my life; as well as through books, courses, and training and leadership conferences. |
