Why I am qualified to teach Nuclear Science |
I was commissioned in the Navy and entered the Navy's Nuclear Training Program. After completion of training I was assigned to the Submarine the USS Providence (SSN-719) where I qualified in Submarines and as a Naval Nuclear Engineer. After leaving the Providence I was assigned as an Instructor and Shift Engineer at the A1W Nuclear Prototype and later as the training officer for the A1W site. After leaving the Navy I was a Shift Technical Engineer and later the Engineering Training Program Manager at the FitzPatrick Nuclear Plant. After this I joined GE where I now help utilities fix their generators worldwide by managing the program that determines what inventory be kept in order to support emergency repairs. |
