Marty is a talented Engineer with background in the Telecommunications and Software Development fields.

Marty has a passion for electronics tinkering and teaching.  He has several electronic product inventions to his credit, and is a magician with his soldering iron.  Marty loves giving back to the community, and helping youth experience the joy of building an electronic kit and seeing it work.  Marty designed a geiger counter kit and manufactured the circuit board that we use periodically to offer a joint Electronics - Nuclear Science Merit Badge clinic.

Marty's son was not involved in Scouting, but Marty and his family have been committed, ongoing contributors of their time, talent, and resources to Scouting and the Merit Badge process.
