Our goal is to individualize lessons based on your age, chess knowledge, and goals. We educate both kids and adults.

Ken has coached numerous individual Missouri and Kansas State Champions and one National Chess Champion, Caleb Brown.
While helping you to win at chess, we also focus on having fun and good sportsmanship. We look forward to working with you on your chess endeavors.

Description:
1. Earn your chess merit badge in a one-day workshop.
2. Meet other scouts interested in chess.
3. Play in a chess tournament.
4. Learn about the scope of chess in the world today, find resources to improve your game, and find out how you can participate in chess competitions, classes, and activities. 5. Your Blue Card will be emailed to you on completion of class.
6. Earn your Boy Scout Chess Merit Badge!
Cost & Requirements: The online workshop is $15 per scout looking to fulfill the merit badge requirement. Basic knowledge of chess rules is strongly recommended.
