Biography	Gregory Macfarlane is a professional transportation consultant and engineer who specializes in building advanced computer models of regional transportation systems for state and metropolitan governments. He holds graduate degrees in economics and civil engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and an undergraduate degree from Brigham Young University. He is an Eagle scout as well as a former assistant scoutmaster and den leader.
