Why I am qualified to teach
Chemistry

Mr. Rudolph has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemistry from Norwich University. He is employed as a Forensic Chemist for the Georgia Bureau of Investigation: Division of Forensic Sciences.  Mr. Rudolph is a member of the Clandestine Laboratory Investigating Chemists Assosciation (CLIC).

Activity:

With the help of an adult, Cut an onion into small pieces and separate into 3 small portions. Leave one portion raw, cook the second portion until the onions are translucent, and cook the third portion until the onions are caramelized (brown in color).

 

Describe the taste of each type of onion.
