Adults must enter their BSA Number, DOB, First and Last name as it appears on their BSA ID card. We will query BSA and get back an answer. At this point one of three things can happen:
1) Your registration is verified - you can continue using Meritbadge.info normally
2) You are not registered or your registration has lapsed - your prior rights are revoked and you get the read-only screens that you see before your login
3) You are registered but your YPT has expired - your prior rights are revoked and you get the read-only screens that you see before your login

You have had at least two months to get yourself registered and complete YPT training. If you feel your validation is not working, send us an email with the four data items listed and we will validate your entry.

We have no control over what is on file at BSA. If everything matches your BSA ID card, there should be no issues. If not, your validation will fail.

Why are we doing this?
1. To provide higher security and validation of all adult users.
2. To clean up the mess we've accumulated via 15 years of poor user data entry.  

How will we do this? 

What should you do? 
Login to https://my.scouting.org/ and copy your BSA ID Number then update your profile on Meritbadge.info.  Let others in your unit know they should do the same.  We are giving you 2.5 months advanced notice to make this work.

The 2nd Annual Troop 405 Merit Badge Clinic 2015 is hosted by Boy Scout Troop 405 of Janesville, Wisconsin.  
Description
Join Troop 405 for an outstanding day of merit badge classes and learning. All Scouts local and beyond are invited to attend.  It is our sole intent to create an environment where Scouts have the opportunity to continue their advancement and expand their knowledge while earning merit badges.  It is not the intent to create a “Merit Badge Factory” that requires minimal to no work on the Scouts behalf.  Scouts who do not meet the requirements as outlined in the BSA handbooks will receive partials reflecting satisfactory completed components with the remaining to be made up within their own troop or with a local certified counselor.  All of our counselors are experts in their respective field either by trade, advanced degree or both.  They are volunteering their time to share their knowledge with the Scouts and we are very blessed with their passion to teach and share their valuable time.



 
We are offing a lunch for 5 bucks we have two options for you to chose from.

Hot Dog, Bag of chips and a apple with a bottle Water.


 


Option B


Brat, bag of Chips and apple with a bottle Water.


 


we will have a soda stand and coffee bar also. but not included with the meal plan.

Unit Sign-up Instructions
Will vary depending on if it’s done online or mail.  The following is for mail in reservations.  You may email questions to BSATroop405@yahoo.com.  All spots are first come, first serve and reserved for paid scouts.  Individual Scouts may attend with their parent or guardian.  Troops are asked to follow the 2 deep leadership and more requirements as outlined by The BSA.  This is not a dump and run event.  Supervision for your Scout(s) is expected by the parent or Troop leadership.

  1.  Place order number for Merit Badge choices.  Please not that Art and First Aid are all day and will be labeled 1 only.  For all remaining choose one in AM and one in PM and label 1 and 2.  Then choose alternate choices for AM and PM and label 3 and 4 and 5 and 6 respectively.

  3. Return this form.  You may also register online at www.meritbadge.info and mail payment with the printed choices made online.   Online registration requires no alternates.

Exit 171A for Wisconsin 26 South (veer right after exiting I-90, Menards on your right)

Turn left on Black Bridge (Walgreens on right, McDonalds cattycorner)

At stop sign turn right on North Randall

Stay on North Randal till you arrive at Church on Left.



From Rockford

Take I-90 West to Janesville

Exit US BUS 14 (St Mary’s Hospital on Right)

Turn Left through roundabouts

Turn Right on South Randall and stay on till you arrive at Church on Right
