Adults must enter their BSA Number, DOB, First and Last name as it appears on their BSA ID card. We will query BSA and get back an answer. At this point one of three things can happen:
1) Your registration is verified - you can continue using Meritbadge.info normally
2) You are not registered or your registration has lapsed - your prior rights are revoked and you get the read-only screens that you see before your login
3) You are registered but your YPT has expired - your prior rights are revoked and you get the read-only screens that you see before your login

You have had at least two months to get yourself registered and complete YPT training. If you feel your validation is not working, send us an email with the four data items listed and we will validate your entry.

We have no control over what is on file at BSA. If everything matches your BSA ID card, there should be no issues. If not, your validation will fail.

Why are we doing this?
1. To provide higher security and validation of all adult users.
2. To clean up the mess we've accumulated via 15 years of poor user data entry.

What should you do? 
Login to https://my.scouting.org/ and copy your BSA ID Number then update your profile on Meritbadge.info.  Let others in your unit know they should do the same.  We are giving you 2.5 months advanced notice to make this work.

Description
Scouts will be able to register for up to four merit badge sessions:

Registration fee will be $50 for Scouts and $30 for Adults/Leaders. Troops must provide two-deep leadership.


Session I: 8:30 a.m. to 11:45 a.m., Saturday
Session II: 1:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., Saturday
Session III: 6:45 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., Saturday
Session IV: 8:45 am to 12:00 noon, Sunday


Class size limited to 20 scouts on a first come first serve basis.


Adults/Leaders can register for the following classes:


     BSA Leave No Trace
     Hornaday Advisor Training
     SM/ASM Specific Training


Camping areas will be provided on site. Please bring camping gear.


The uniform of the day is the BSA Field Uniform, also known as "Class A"


All scouts must have up to date BSA Medical Forms.


Cracker Barrel will be served on Friday.
Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner will be served on Saturday.
Breakfast will be served on Sunday.

registration fee is $50.00 per scout and $30 per adult/leader which
includes all course materials, meals, camping location and weekend

If you are registering for this event you are also agreeing to a photo
release which may or may not be used in the future.  Photos may be taken
of individuals or Scouts in groups.

You must also agree to release Scouts for medical treatment if the need should arise.
