Registration is at naturalstatecouncil.org beginning April 5, 2026, 3pm Central DST. Be sure that you have your troop log in information in advance from your troop leaders or the Council.

Event Description

 (Updates soon for UALR) Packet pickup for the troops will begin at the UA Little Rock, 7:40 a.m. Flag ceremony will be at 8:30 a.m. Classes begin at 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. with some leeway for classes that are all day and farther away. Scouts in all day classes should bring a bag or credit card to eat in the campus cafeteria.

Sustainability: Scouts will be responsible to their troops to turn in their 3-month home utility bills     

Reading --must read or have read 4 books and give info and short synopsis to counselor. Do 4 hours of service outside of the class.

Welding/Safety is from 8:00 am to noon with a lunch. Only those Scouts should b go directly to their class in Jacksonville

Unit Payment Instructions

Go to naturalstatecouncil.org with your troop log in information to register. REGISTRATION OPENS April 7, 2025, 5pm. You can add more Scouts later and pay later.

Directions

Parking will be in U.A. Little Rock Lots 13 (Jack Stephens center) on north end of campus and Lot 8, north side of Engineering and Information Technology Bldg. Flag ceremony will be at 8:30 in front of EIT Bldg.
