UPDATE ON REGISTRATION. Registration with class sign ups will be at quapawbsa.org by your troop. Option is to pay now or larter as a troop or individuals can call in payments for their scouts (less desireable). Registration will begin about April 1, tba.

Event Description

 (Updates soon for UALR) Packet pickup for the troops will begin at the UA Little Rock, 7:40 a.m. Flag ceremony will be at 8:30 a.m. Classes begin at 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. with some leeway for classes that are all day and farther away. Scouts in all day classes should bring a bag lunch.

   Registration Mechanics: be sure that the event has been opened and that you have toggled down and selected the correct event.  Mail payments to: Quapaw Area Council, BSA, 3220 Cantrell Road, Little Rock, AR 72202. Please email or fax a copy of your class roster with the number of Scouts/money due to Scout office also...kim.brainard@scouting.org

Sustainability: Scouts will be responsible to their troops to turn in their 3-month home utility bills     

Reading -- must read or have read 4 books and give info and short synopsis to counselor. Counselor Information

   Have 1 or 2 adults register your Scouts. There must be at least 2 adult linked to your registration site before you can add a Scout.  Be sure that you have toggled down to the Quapaw event toward the top of the registration page. 

   I suggest putting the email address for a troop adult who will be at the event where it asks for the Scout's email, in case I need to email an entire class about a class change that day. Be sure the email is a correct one, or I can't send a mass email.

 Send your payment to Quapaw Area Council, $10 per Scout. No charge for adults. Contact Jim Britt, Dean, with questions, 501-912-1449, jobritt@sbcglobal.net



   

Unit Sign-up Instructions

 If you have your profile validated with your troop, watch the registration video. ALSO so sure that you have toggled to our event on May 7 and have selected a troop adult before trying to register your first Scout. 

 

Unit Payment Instructions

Go to quapawbsa.org / Registration to pay and to get your password the first time. You can add more Scouts later and pay later.

Directions

Parking will be in U.A. Little Rock Lots 13 (Jack Stephens center) on north end of campus and Lot 8, north side of Engineering and Information Technology Bldg. Flag ceremony will be at 8:20 in front of EIT Bldg.
