Host Online (Virtual) events using MeritBadge.Info
Setup the virtual event
Create a new event with the usual information. Set the "SESSION" to Virtual and include the word Virtual at the start of the Title
Add an activity. Set the Session to "VIRTUAL"
Publish the event so it appears on the maps page
Register for the virtual event
Register the same way you would register for an in-person event
Attend the virtual event
Copy the URL in the "location" field on the event listing into your browser
Follow instructions from the event details
After the virtual event
Have the counselor edit the class details and confirm attendance, describe all merit badge requirements completed, and create a detailed paper trail explaining the completion status
