Event Description

We will be offering morning and afternoon session of merit badge classes, a couple are full day sessions.  Troops will be asked to check in at Cedar Hall from 7:30 am to 8:00 am.  The afternoon sessions will begin at 1pm.  Each half day session will cost $12.00, full day sessions are $24.00.    There are a few merit badges that have extra material fees.

**NO LUNCH IS AVAILABLE ONSITE**

Kirkwood is undergoing renovations and the cafeteria will not be available for food or seating.  Scouts must bring lunch or plan to purchase lunch off campus.

Counselor Information

We ask that you have a contact person that will be attending the work shop for each troop.  We will have a form that needs to be completed with emergency numbers for your Troop.  Please have this filled out prior to coming to the workshop to make the check in process go smoothly.  You may scan and email the emergency contact sheet and any release forms to:  Troop37mbu@gmail.com.

**Some merit badge sessions will be taking field trips.  We will need volunteers to help with transportation of scouts.  If your troop has scouts signed up, please be ready to help with travel.

ONCE YOUR TROOP HAS SIGNED UP, PLEASE SEND A LIST OF ADULT VOLUNTEERS TO PAM.  We are a small troop and need at least two adults in each session.  It is CRITICAL to the success that we have adults that will sit in sessions.

The Scout Oath, the Law, and the Outdoor Code shall be the guiding behavior for our workshop.  A Scout whose conduct is not consistant with the code will be directed to leave the campus immediately. Adequate supervision must be provided by each participating unit.

No siblings or non-registered youth will be allowed in classrooms!
