Event Schedule:

8 a.m.         Check-in

8:50 a.m.    Opening Ceremony

9 a.m.        Classes Begin



12 p.m.       Lunch

                  Choices are:  Bring your own OR

                                      2 - Beef Hotdogs, chips, drink OR - $5 per person

                                      2 - Turkey Hotdgs, chips, drink - $5 per person



1 p.m.         Classes Begin

4 p.m.         Classes End  





 

Event Description

REGISTRATION:  Registration is online.  By registering online, your Scout will be guaranteed a seat. 



WALK-IN'S WELCOME

 

Uniform:  Class A uniform is the official uniform for the day.  The Merit Badge sash may also be worn. (optional)



Code of Conduct: The Scout Oath, the Law, and the Outdoor Code shall be the code of the Merit Badge Day.  A Scout whose conduct is not consistent with the code will be directed to their Scoutmaster.  Discipline is the responsibility of the Scoutmaster or other assigned leaders in charge of the troop.



Transportation: Troops may not leave Scouts by themselves to be picked up by parents at a later time.  We will not render sitting services.



Clean Up:  A Scout is clean.  Scouts will clean the premises and keep the classrooms in the same condition as found.  All garbage must be properly disposed into designated containers.

 Our goal is your success, and the success of all the Scouts attending this event.

Pre-requisites should be completed prior to the Clinic. Should the pre-requisites not be completed, the Scout would receive a partial Blue Card.  The Scout will still have the opportunity to complete their Merit Badge by getting with their Scoutmaster in their home town.



The Blue Card will be updated with tasks completed in class and returned to the Scout BEFORE they depart the classroom.  It is the responsibility of the Scout to request and obtain his Blue Card.



 

Unit Sign-up Instructions

Instructions if you are not registered as a user to this system:


  • Enter "Registration System"

  • Click on "Register New User" - located on the upper right side of the screen

  • Fill Out the following information:

    • Select State - click okay

    • Select Council - click okay

    • Select District - click okay

    • Select Unit Type - click okay

    • Select Unit Number - click okay

      • If unit number is not listed, enter the unit number in the box

        • Click add

        • Click okay







  • Complete User profile for yourself, not youth.  Youth will be completed later.

    • Make sure you have your BSA number and your YPT date



  • Click "Registration" tab

    • Scroll down to find the date and event

    • Click on the event (A box will pop up asking for an adult to be selected to attend the event.  There will be a red box at the bottom of the page to select the adult.  Select the adult.)

    • Fill out particpant's information

    • Make payment

    • Make copy of payment for your records

  • Click "Sign On"

  • Sign on using your username and password.

  • Click "Registration " tab

  • Scroll down to find the date and event

  • Click on the event (A box will pop asking for an adult to be selected to attend this event.  Scroll to the bottom of the page and there is a red box "Select Adult")

    • Select adult



  • Fill out participant's information

  • Make payment

  • Make copy of payment for your records
