Prerequisites: 1. A short presentation ( 5 minutes) on something unique in the community, county or State. 2. A Brief of a "Good Citizen" movie and what was important about the movie. Example of a good movie - "Remember the Titans", "October Sky", "It's a Wonderful Life" (Old Movie), "Radar", "Mr. Williams Opus"  3. Proof of a visit to the Community Town Council meeting, or County Government Meeting. (City Council meeting for Memphis not suggested). Germantown, Bartlett, and Collierville are good places. 4. Volunteer 8 hours with a charitable organization after researching what they do.

Can do Path Finding MB at same time doing Citizenship in the Commuinity.  Biography - Eagle Scout - OA Brotherhood. USNA 1978 Graduate. Masters from University of Memphis. Work with the Navy for Emergency Prep and Energy Conservation. Back Ground in industrial Plant Maintenance, Emergency Prep,  and Environmental compliance.
