This merit badge will be taught under the supervision of Mr. Dennis Loubiere, Sam Walton Fellow and advisor to the Kennesaw State University Enactus Team (SIFE). Instructors will be business majors in the Coles College of Business -- Georgia's largest business school. The students are members of KSU's nationally ranked Enactus Team. Enactus brings together a diverse network of university students, academic professionals and industry leaders around the shared mission of creating a better, more sustainable world through the positive power of business. By contributing their talents to projects that improve the lives of people worldwide, Encatus participants are demonstrating that individuals with a knowledge and passion for business can be a powerful force for change. |

Prerequisites for this Activity |
Bring the Merit Badge Pamphlet with you. - Bring $10.00 Cash. This money will be used as your personal equity go start your business. We really do hope to capture the idea that it's the scout's ten dollars that he is investing in a business and that the profits (or losses) are his too.
- You will plan, organize and run a business during the Merit Badge University.All requirements for the merit badge may be completed during the Merit BadgeUniversity.
- This badge is taught by Kennesaw State University business majors who are members of the Enactus Team (formerly the Students in Free Enterprise Team [SIFE]).
