PREREQUISITES All Scouts must READ the Citizenship in the Community Merit Badge Book PRIOR to attending the class. This is a discussion class and participation is required. Participants should present their own ideas, comments and findings for the following requirements: 5 - this must be a movie watched for the purpose of fulfilling this merit badge requirement; 3 – reports on town council meetings may be presented to the class for credit: 8 – community presentations may be made to the group. |
