My name is Erica Turner and I have been working at the GBI since February 2013. I am currently training to become a Latent Print Examiner and I have a Bachelor of Science in Forensic Science with a Chemistry concentration from the University of New Haven in West Haven, CT.

A little bit about what I do at the GBI: As I mentioned, I am currently in training to become a Latent Print Examiner. I have been in training for about 8 months, learning all about fingerprints and how to obtain them. While at work, I keep busy with my training and am able to process evidence for fingerprints.

I can't wait to meet with all of you and talk about fingerprints! If each of you could bring a mug or cup that we can practice on, that would be great. You will be able to clean the mug and take it back home with you. Hope you're excited!!
