Adults must enter their BSA Number, DOB, First and Last name as it appears on their BSA ID card. We will query BSA and get back an answer. At this point one of three things can happen:
1) Your registration is verified - you can continue using Meritbadge.info normally
2) You are not registered or your registration has lapsed - your prior rights are revoked and you get the read-only screens that you see before your login
3) You are registered but your YPT has expired - your prior rights are revoked and you get the read-only screens that you see before your login

You have had at least two months to get yourself registered and complete YPT training. If you feel your validation is not working, send us an email with the four data items listed and we will validate your entry.

We have no control over what is on file at BSA. If everything matches your BSA ID card, there should be no issues. If not, your validation will fail.

Why are we doing this?
1. To provide higher security and validation of all adult users.
2. To clean up the mess we've accumulated via 15 years of poor user data entry.

What should you do? 
Login to https://my.scouting.org/ and copy your BSA ID Number then update your profile on Meritbadge.info.  Let others in your unit know they should do the same.  We are giving you 2.5 months advanced notice to make this work.

Bill Hart District of the Western Los Angeles County Council
Description
The Bill Hart District Merit Badge Midway is open to all scouts from all over. Everyone is welcome. We will have 40 Merit Badges to choose from, plus there will be a Merit Badge Counselor course at 8:30am. There will be breakfast, snacks and lunch for a nominal fee. 

Scouts shall notify their Scoutmaster for approval of each Merit Badge they would like to start or complete at the Midway. Scoutmaster signed Blue Cards are required for each Merit Badge course. Each Scout needs to bring a 

notebook or the Merit Badge worksheet, and something to write with. Scouts are EXPECTED to wear their Class ‘A’ 

uniform throughout the Midway.

There is NO CHARGE for this event. Food and snack costs only.
Directions to the Event
The Bill Hart District Merit Badge Midway are always held at an LDS Church. We are very fortunate to have friends in the LDS Church and are able to use the church for 9 hours. 

The church is located at 19513 Drycliff St. in Santa Clarita near Whites Canyon at the corner of Camp Plenty Road. This location is off of the 14 freeway.
Release Information
You bring a copy of your troops release form, however, is an adult is staying with you. You will not need one.
