THE (PM) CHEMISTRY AND THE JOURNALISM CLASS HAVE BEEN CANCELED DUE TO LACK OF INTEREST.


Troop 168, at Chapel Hill United Methodist Church has been raising up leaders through Scouting since 1964.

Description

The cost is $20 and includes two 1/2 day merit badges or one all day merit badge.  The price is the same whether a scout enrolls in one or two sessions.


Check-in is at 7:30 a.m.  Morning session starts at 8:00am.  Lunch is at noon.  Afternoon session starts at 1:00 and ends on or before 5:00 p.m.  There is no closing ceremony .  Scouts check out with their Troop leaders and leave when their afternoon session is over. 


Lunch is included in the price. 


Lunch will include 2 slices of Pizza, a soft drink, dessert and a piece of fruit.  Additional pizza will be available for $1 per slice and a concession stand will be open all day.  There will also be juice and donuts available for purchase in the morning.


Adult leaders staying all day will be served lunch and beverages free of charge!

Counselor Information
Unit Sign-up Instructions

A valid email address for every Scout will also need to be entered so any prereqs can be emailed to the Scout by the Merit Badge Counselors.

Payment Instructions for the Unit

Each participant will need to pay the morning of the MB Fair by check or cash before the Scout will be allowed to attend class. 


Each unit needs to have an adult at the MB Fair all day to assist if necessary.
