The Troops of Johns Creek United Methodist Church are hosting a clinic on Saturday, January 31, 2015.

Clinic Schedule:

7:30 – 7:50             Check-in (payments due at check-in)

8:00 – 12:00           Morning Sessions

12:00 – 12:50         Lunch Break

1:00 - 5:00            Afternoon Sessions

*Afternoon Check-in is 12:30 - 12:50 for Scouts that didn't attend a morning session

Scouts may register for a morning and an afternoon session or a morning session only or an afternoon session only.  Registration fee is $10 per Scout per session.  Some badges may have additional fees for supplies (if so, this is noted in the class/badge detail).

Merit Badges offered are subject to change or cancellation due to class minimums or counselor availability. 

Upon arrival at clinic, please check-in at the Counselor Table.  Class packets and room assignments will be available.

Please have one adult leader designated as your unit coordinator for registering your scouts.  Scouts may register for a morning and/or an afternoon session.  Scouts are registered on a first-come, first-serve basis.  There are no waiting lists for any class offered.  If a class is booked, please check the website frequently for availability.

Clinic fees are paid at check-in the day of the event via cash or check.  Checks should be made payable to ‘Troop 143’.

Johns Creek United Methodist Church is located at the intersection of Medlock Bridge Road and Bell Road in Johns Creek, Ga, on the Northeast corner.  Enter the parking lot from the Bell Road entrance.  The education building is the three story building on the end of the church farthest from Medlock Bridge.  Registration will be on the second floor.
