If you are having trouble registering scouts, carefully read the information on the help tab.
If you send an email that does not include the information we need to help you, it wastes time and will get promptly deleted.
Test drive the new site (in progress) at New Meritbadge.Info.Leave comments at our Facebook page.

Notice!!! Meritbadge.Info will switch to the new site with BSA validation Friday morning March 13th.

If you wish to start using this site today, click here to launch meritbadge.info/mbn2

Adults must enter their BSA Number, DOB, First and Last name as it appears on their BSA ID card. We will query BSA and get back an answer. At this point one of three things can happen:
1) Your registration is verified - you can continue using Meritbadge.info normally
2) You are not registered or your registration has lapsed - your prior rights are revoked and you get the read-only screens that you see before your login
3) You are registered but your YPT has expired - your prior rights are revoked and you get the read-only screens that you see before your login

You have had at least two months to get yourself registered and complete YPT training. If you feel your validation is not working, send us an email with the four data items listed and we will validate your entry.

We have no control over what is on file at BSA. If everything matches your BSA ID card, there should be no issues. If not, your validation will fail.

Why are we doing this?
1. To provide higher security and validation of all adult users.
2. To clean up the mess we've accumulated via 15 years of poor user data entry.

How will we do this?

What should you do?
Login to https://my.scouting.org/ and copy your BSA ID Number then update your profile on Meritbadge.info.  Let others in your unit know they should do the same.  We are giving you 2.5 months advanced notice to make this work.

Sponsor Information

For years Crew 272 has been honing our wilderness first aid skills. Leaders have traveled the ends of the earth, and practiced our craft, that we can bring you a world class program. From the Drake Passage and Antarctica, diving to film a Leapord Seal for National Geographic, to years of Medical Missions to Haiti, including one trip with a huricane. Red Cross Instructor of the year 2009, Brian Walker will be your classroom instructor. Teresa "Moulage Master" Hall leads the scenario team "Keeping it Real" in the field. Unlike all the other programs, we have invested a ton of money in getting the gear to deliver an awesome program. Full body manikins so you can cut the cloths off without fear, and a system of gear, so you can focus on assessing and treating your victims and not spend time looking for something in a bag.

Description
Crew 272 continues to raise the bar for the best Wilderness First Aid training you can get. This training is required for Philmont, SeaBase, Northern Tier and the Summit high adventure programs. This one stop training includes CPR/AED training certs as well as WFA. The weekend is hands on, scenario based with the best moulaged victims and full body manikins. You learn and do, over and over. Training also includes Triage, so you will be ready for what ever comes your way. The program includes food (optional Dinner with the Crew Friday evening), from Friday nights snack to Sunday Lunch (Beef House Rolls will be served!). Dorm room housing is provided and several options for private apartments and rooms are also available (ask for details), as well as RV and camping options.
