The church is located approx .25 mi on the right side of Bell Road, off of Medlock Bridge Road/US 141.

Food:
$2.00 of registration fees goes to two coupons able to used at concessions stand.
Lunch will be $6.00 which includes 2 slices of pizza (pepperoni or cheese), chips and a drink.
UNIFORM: The Full B.S.A. Class A uniform is the official uniform for the day. The merit badge sash may also be worn.
CODE OF CONDUCT: The Scout Oath, the Law, and the Outdoor Code shall be the code of the Merit Badge Clinic. A Scout whose conduct is not consistent with the code will be directed to leave the grounds immediately. Adequate supervision must be provided by each participating unit. Discipline is the responsibility of the Scoutmaster or other assigned leaders in charge of the troop.
CLEAN UP: The Scout is clean. Please help clean the premises and keep the classrooms in the same condition as found. All garbage must be properly disposed into designated containers or carried out.
General Information
All Scouts must bring to class the following:
1. Blue Card SIGNED by their Scoutmaster (one per each Merit Badge)
2. Merit Badge booklet Merit Badge worksheet (http://usscouts.org/mb/mbindex.asp)
3. Any pre-requisite work
4. The Blue Cards will be updated with tasks completed in class and returned to the Scouts BEFORE they depart the classroom. It is the responsibility of the Scout to request and obtain his Blue Card.
PREREQUISITES:
The Merit Badge Counselor will give credit for completed requirements ONLY. The Scout should complete all other requirements not covered in class, at his own pace and with his own troop counselors. Class work will be followed by individual Scout’s projects and his ability to fulfill all requirements.

Unit Sign-up Instructions:
Many classes have pre-requisites which must be done if you wish to complete the badge during class. Some classes also have age and/or rank requirements. Unless indicated otherwise, all other requirements for the Merit Badge should be covered in class. For ALL classes, Scouts are required to READ and BRING the Merit Badge pamphlet. Also, Scouts are required to BRING a SIGNED Blue Card from the Scoutmaster.

Closing / Clean Up: EVERYBODY helps with clean up. Counselors return class rosters and advancement records to the Check Out Desk.
