This event is being hosted by Troop 747, Vista, CA and is open to any Scout from any Troop.



Our merit badge counselors have a passion for the classes they teach.  They either work in the field they teach or have a serious interest for that particular merit badge of study.  Each counselor sets the number of prerequisites so that the Scouts get first-hand instruction on the time allotted.  Scouts who attend with prerequisites completed, can expect to leave with a signed completed blue card.
