Scouts should be in Class A uniform.

Please have 2 rosters filled out for all your scouts, if they are all accounted for on your sheets, then check in will go more smoothly. Also bring a copy of your paid receipt stapled to 1 of the forms.
Please pre-register for classes by January 20th. Classes with less than 5 scouts will be cancelled.
Please have the scouts print off their MERIT BADGE WORKSHEETS to bring on Saturday and have their names and troop number on them. Also, blue cards should be filled out and signed, digital blue cards signed through Scoutbook WILL be accepted and counselors will be assigned through Scoutbook. Please have someone with scout access available to use this option.
With the number of troops in War Eagle district using Scoutbook and the availability of digital blue cards we WILL allow smart phones and tablets to be brought to this Merit Badge College. Scouts will be able to have their counselor sign off on their merit badge digitally and will also be able to use their digital copy of the merit badge handbook if they have purchased it that way. Please remind scouts that this is a PRIVILEGE and our counselors are giving their free time to share their knowledge, please be respectful and responsible with their electronics.
Prerequisites will be published on the website after Dec. 1, until then use common sense on what will not be able to be done in the WITCC classroom setting. For digital technology, please purchase your merit badge handbook in digital format available at this link: Digital Technology. Other digital merit badge books include: Cooking, Citizenship in the Community, Citizenship in the Nation, Citizenship in the World, Emergency Preparedness, Camping, First Aid,Communications, Personal Fitness and Personal Management.
Sign off for Music, Scholarship, Art and Reading will be available from noon to 1 pm at the Trading Post. Please bring evidence of completion in the form of letters from teachers outlining the scout’s completion of the requirements.
If scouts are done early with a merit badge, please have them come to the main registration area, so they are not wandering around the campus. Sessions will be from 9 am - noon and 1 pm – 4 pm; the scouts should pick 1 from each session and some merit badges will have multiple offerings. If scouts want to participate in the “Citizenship Bundle” they need to sign up for “Citizenship” in both sessions.
A small trading post will be set up with merit badge books, blue cards and a small selection of additional items available for purchase. (Individual blue cards will be $.25 each or 100 pack blue cards for $8.49.)
