Description
The future of Scouting is here.  Scouts have the opportunity to gain newly offered merit badges that have never been offered at the Summer Camp before.  To showcase these newly offered merit badges, the camp has developed a new block style program in order to focus the minds of Scouts on merit badges containing similar ideas or concepts.

These merit badge block programs are self-contained and taught by an exclusive staff member trained to deliver a comprehensive curriculum.  All Scouts that participate in the block programs will have the opportunity to compete in after-hour high-adventure programs and camp-wide events.

To deliver these programs in an efficient manner with all equipment, supplies, and materials that are needed, the camp is charging an additional $20.00 fee to all who participate in the program.

There will be three separate blocks:  Science Exploration, Industrial Arts, and Mr. Fix-It.

Each block is an all-day (4 course) program.

Block programs will require some off-camp activities that will not be provided.  It will be the individual Scouts responsibility to complete all requirements under the approval of the Unit Leader.
